  • How can I check the status of my order?
    You can check the status of your order and track its delivery in your email after we shipped out. We will send a shipping confirmation email to you. If you have any questions, please send email or inbox our facebook page (blackstrawberry.fashion).
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once the order is been made, it may not be possible to cancel the order. However, please do not hesitate to contact us with any cancellation requests and we will do the best for you.
  • How can I change my order?
    Once the order has been made, it can not be changed within one day (office hours). If you want to change your order (for example, shipping adderss, size, quantity, etc.) , please contact us as soon as possible.
  • What can I do if I can not recieve an order confirmation email more than 24 hours?
    Please check your spam folder and make sure our email is in the safe senders list in your email. If it does not work, please email us.
